MagentIQ is hiring a fully remote Graphic Designer based in the Philippines to build and maintain the company’s visual identity. You will develop brand guidelines, reusable templates, and design resources for internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and high quality across all materials.

You’ll collaborate with a global team, evolve design systems, and leverage AI tools like Midjourney or Canva AI to speed production while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on graphic design experience with brand identity and templates.
• Strong typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating reusable templates and design systems.
• Proven ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, logo usage, colors, typography, imagery, and overall visual identity.
• Document and standardize brand elements for consistent application across materials.
• Design reusable templates and assets, including decks, art cards, social graphics, and formats.
• Create user-friendly templates enabling non-designers to edit while preserving brand quality.
• Organize and maintain design libraries with proper naming and version control.
• Produce internal materials such as presentations, one-pagers, training resources, and onboarding visuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating briefs and feedback into on-brand designs.
• Manage multiple design requests and deadlines, prioritizing effectively.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows and improve production.
• Review AI-generated visuals for accuracy and brand alignment.
