magentIQ is hiring a Graphic Designer for a fully remote, Philippines-based position. You will build and maintain the visual identity, brand guidelines, and reusable templates across the company, collaborating with an international team to ensure on-brand output.

The role focuses on structured design systems, typography, layout, and scalable resources, with potential exposure to AI-assisted design tools to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on graphic design experience with a strong brand identity and template design portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
• Experience creating presentation templates using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
• Strong typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy knowledge.
• Ability to develop and maintain consistent, reusable design systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities; can manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality, consistent designs.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience using Airtable, Notion, or similar PM tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity across materials.
• Document and standardize brand elements for consistent application.
• Design reusable templates and assets including decks and social graphics.
• Create user-friendly templates for non-designers without sacrificing quality.
• Organize design libraries with proper naming and version control.
• Produce internal materials such as presentations and onboarding visuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate briefs into designs.
• Manage multiple requests and prioritize to meet timelines.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows.
• Review AI-generated visuals for quality and brand alignment.
