iScale Solutions is seeking a remote-grants support professional to join our NGO-focused team. You will assist with calls for proposals, screening, and grant awards, while monitoring beneficiaries, preparing reports, and ensuring donor compliance from a global or regional hub.

In this role, you will handle procurement support, documentation checks, and maintain audit-ready files. Strong English communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with NGO processes are essential for success in

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Procurement, Project Management, Law, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in grants, procurement, administration, finance, or project support.
• Basic knowledge of grants management, procurement procedures, donor compliance, and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and document management systems.
• Strong organisational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English; French is an advantage.
• Experience in international cooperation, NGOs, or donor-funded projects is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Grant Administration: Assist with calls for proposals, application screening, evaluation documentation, and grant award procedures.
• Beneficiary Monitoring: Track reporting deadlines, payment schedules, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
• Documentation Checks: Review reports, invoices, proof of payment, expenditure lists, and supporting documents for completeness.
• Payment Support: Compile payment files, follow up on missing documents, and coordinate with the Finance and Administration unit.
• Beneficiary Support: Assist with training sessions and provide guidance on reporting, documentation, and procurement requirements.
• Procurement Support: Assist with quotations, supplier documentation, comparison tables, evaluation records, and simple purchases.
• Records and Compliance: Maintain organised grant and procurement files for audits, donor reviews, and internal controls.
• Reporting and Coordination: Update tracking tools, prepare status reports, coordinate with project teams, and support process improvements.
