Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is hiring a General Ledger Associate to support accurate financial records and proper general ledger management. You will monitor reconciliations, ensure compliance with PFRS, and align with client-specific accounting policies.

The role covers ledger management, financial analysis, reporting, process improvement, and documentation. It is work-from-home with a 6-month contract term (extension possible) for 1–2 years of GL experience and SAP/Excel

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant general ledger experience.
Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate across different teams.
Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

General Ledger Management: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger by monitoring balance sheet accounts, including clearing and reconciliation activities.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and review balance sheet schedules and supporting reports; analyse data to provide insights.
Process Improvement and Documentation: Identify areas for improvement in accounting processes and document policies, procedures, and internal controls.
