Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React including component design, state management, and performance optimisation.
• Solid PHP development skills including RESTful API design and server-side logic.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Comfortable working with Git in a collaborative development environment.
• Strong problem-solving ability with the confidence to debug across both front end and back end.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining web applications using React, with attention to performance, component architecture, and user experience.
• Developing server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and backend services in PHP.
• Integrating front-end and back-end systems cleanly, ensuring data flows reliably between layers.
• Working with relational databases to design, query, and optimise data structures.
• Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to turn requirements into working software.
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to shared engineering standards.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues across the full stack.
• Writing clean, well-documented, and testable code with maintainability in mind.
