As a Full-Stack Developer, you will work on client projects, CMS and portal development, existing-client support, enhancements, QA/UAT, deployments, and technical troubleshooting. You will contribute across the full lifecycle—from requirements gathering and technical assessment through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET.
• Full-stack capability across HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with a modern CMS or content-driven .NET application.
• Experience building or integrating APIs and external systems.
• Good understanding of Git-based development workflows and deployment lifecycles.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, including working with unfamiliar codebases.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and know when to involve specialists.
• Ability to estimate development work and identify technical risks, dependencies, and assumptions.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using C# and .NET, across backend and frontend.
• Build responsive, accessible, and maintainable interfaces using HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop and maintain CMS templates, components, content models, and functionality.
• Build and support APIs and integrations with CRM platforms and third-party services.
• Contribute to new websites and portals from technical planning and estimation through development, QA/UAT, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Develop reusable functionality for core CMS and portal products while balancing client requirements and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend, backend, CMS, integrations, hosting, and deployment environments.
• Deliver enhancements and change requests, providing input on estimates, SOWs, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and implementation approaches.
• Review requirements and designs, identifying security, accessibility, performance, delivery, and maintainability concerns.
• Support QA/UAT, diagnose defects, and own fixes through release.
• Use Git and deployment tools across development, test/UAT, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot production and deployment issues and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, Systems, Delivery, Account Management, and other developers while maintaining technical documentation.
