Job summary

Mindrift seeks a skilled Bot Developer to work on the Tendem project, creating conversational bots across platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord. In this freelance role, you'll collaborate with Tendem Agents, bringing expertise in bot engineering and conversational design.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in messaging platform integrations, backend development, and a proactive work ethic. This part-time position offers flexibility with an estimated workload of 10-20 hours per week and a compensation of up to $35 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in backend, integration, automation, or bot development.
• Hands-on experience building bots for messaging platforms is required.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases is vital.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and refine messaging bots for WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord.
• Implement conversational flows and integrate bots with backend services.
• Evaluate AI-generated bot code for correctness and reliability.
