Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised Franchise & Property Coordinator based in the Philippines to support franchise development, leasing and property activities for an Australian client. The role is 100% remote and offered as an independent contractor engagement with flexible hours to align with AU business days.

You will maintain data integrity across systems, manage franchise applications, NDAs and documentation, and coordinate with franchisees, landlords and internal teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise, leasing, property administration or related roles.
• Strong organisational ability with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent data accuracy and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain franchise pipelines, trackers and renewal/escalation dates.
• Coordinate lease and property documentation with internal teams and landlords.
• Manage project files for design, construction, store openings and closures.
• Support due diligence packs, approvals and handover documentation.
• Ensure data consistency across Franchise, Leasing and Finance systems.
