A leading investment firm is seeking an In-House Counsel to provide legal leadership for international venture and private equity transactions. You will be responsible for structuring, negotiating, and executing deals at the highest legal standards. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in corporate/M&A or venture capital law. Competitive monthly compensation of $3,200 USD offered with performance-based salary increase after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of relevant experience in top-tier law firms or in-house roles.
