Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or receivable.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and ability to work with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process global supplier invoices and perform 3-way matching.
• Manage multi-currency payment runs and supplier reconciliations.
• Handle corporate card expenses and reimbursements; reconcile cash receipts.
• Support weekly and monthly financial/management reports.
• Assist with month-end close activities and ad-hoc projects.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow reporting tasks.
