Qualifications

• Native or near-native Filipino/Tagalog proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong English to follow project guidelines and provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years of experience in Filipino/Tagalog writing, editing, translation, or QA workflows.
• Experience leading remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, or QAs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check items and provide feedback to trainers and QAs.
• Communicate guidelines and updates to trainers on Discord and through docs.
• Handle questions around Filipino/Tagalog wording, tone, and cultural context.
• Activate inactive contributors and track follow-ups as needed.
• Create and maintain Filipino/Tagalog project documentation and style guides.
