Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Field Analytics Customer Support Analyst in a remote Philippines role. The position focuses on providing direct technical support for the FieldAlytics app across web and mobile, diagnosing issues, and delivering effective solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences or related field preferred.
Strong customer service orientation with ability to understand customer needs and build trust.
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical info clearly.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work a night shift including evenings, weekends, and US holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide direct technical support to users of the FieldAlytics application on web and mobile.
Troubleshoot system issues related to application functionality, data setup, and connectivity.
Document issues, steps taken, and resolutions; provide feedback to improve products and services.
Log customer interactions in Salesforce CRM and coordinate with internal teams.
Create and manage support tickets, escalate as needed to development team.
Respond to inquiries via phone and email within SLAs.
Build strong customer relationships and communicate status of issues.
