Qualifications

• At least 1 year of ESL teaching experience (online or home-based)
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, TESOL, or related field
• Confident, clear spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 English lessons with Korean students
• Use prepared teaching materials to run sessions
• Adapt teaching style to student pace and goals
• Monitor progress and adjust approach for better results
• Create a welcoming, distraction-free learning environment
