Hire Overseas is seeking a Technical SEO Specialist to own organic search and AI search visibility for a data-first growth marketing agency serving e-commerce brands. You’ll conduct technical audits, optimize on-page elements, and shape content strategy across a focused client portfolio, with a goal to drive non-brand traffic and measurable revenue.

This high-output role emphasizes revenue impact, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and staying ahead of AI platform changes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical SEO for e-commerce sites.
• Ability to run full technical audits and implement fixes.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce site architecture and pagination.
• Familiarity with AI answer engines and content citation strategies.
• Strong ability to tie SEO work to revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and page speed.
• Identify and fix issues affecting organic visibility such as redirects, duplicate content, and structured data errors.
• Implement and optimize schema markup for products, reviews, FAQs, and AI answer engines.
• Optimize on-page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and images.
• Develop keyword strategies and content calendars for non-brand and AI-answer queries.
• Support site migrations and platform changes with SEO preservation plans.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure SEO requirements are met.
• Report on organic traffic, rankings, and revenue contribution; translate data into actions.
