Job summary

Decomarche is seeking an E-COMMERCE ADVERTISING SPECIALIST to own and optimize U.S.-focused campaigns across multiple platforms, including Amazon Ads. You will handle large monthly budgets, analyze performance data, and collaborate with stakeholders to align advertising with business goals.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Amazon Ads experience, at least 2 years in e-commerce advertising, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce advertising, paid advertising, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads.
• Direct experience managing advertising campaigns targeting the U.S. market.
• Strong hands-on experience in e-commerce advertising campaign management and optimization.
• Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets, preferably with exposure to substantial monthly ad spend.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of advertising optimization, campaign performance, and budget management.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
• No specific degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize e-commerce advertising campaigns targeting U.S. consumers.
• Manage campaigns through Amazon Ads and other relevant e-commerce advertising platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are optimized for performance and return on investment.
• Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and campaign strategies based on performance data.
• Work across multiple e-commerce advertising platforms, with exposure to approximately 7–8 platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, efficiency, and overall advertising results.
• Analyze campaign data and provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Take ownership of campaign decisions and independently manage day-to-day advertising activities.
• Stay updated on e-commerce advertising trends, platform developments, and best practices.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure advertising strategies align with business objectives.
