Job summary

Unloop Accounting, a brand under Outgive Inc., seeks an ambitious E-Commerce Accountant to handle day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients and help automate processes with modern accounting tech.

This fully remote role offers real-time collaboration with a global team; 9:00 PM–1:00 AM EST core hours with flexible hours for the rest of the shift. Working from the Philippines, you’ll support clients and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience, including bookkeeping and financial statement prep.
• Strong proficiency with QBO or Xero and monthly closings.
• Experience managing client portfolios and clear written communication.
• Solid understanding of inventory and COGS accounting.

Responsibilities

• Handle eCommerce clients’ monthly bookkeeping in QBO and Xero.
• Categorize transactions, perform reconciliations, compute COGS, and generate reports.
• Run payroll and manage AP/AR aging with accuracy.
• Ensure data flows from Amazon, Shopify and other channels into QBO/Xero.
• Communicate with clients on Slack and deliver on deadlines.
• Document procedures in ClickUp and explore automation opportunities.
• Manage client relationships and continuously improve service delivery.
