My Amazon Guy is seeking a DSP Manager to lead demand-side platform strategy, campaign management, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to improve digital advertising performance.

This remote role requires hands-on optimization, budget oversight, and KPI monitoring, with EST-aligned hours and opportunities for professional growth. You will develop SOPs and report ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, or DSP management.
• Strong knowledge of DSPs, programmatic buying, and media buying strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Create SOPs and lead a team to achieve goals.
• Oversee DSP operations for optimal performance and efficiency.
• Manage setup, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns across channels.
• Develop data-driven strategies to maximize campaign ROI.
