Job summary

Sharesource Australia BPO is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to drive paid campaigns, content, and social media for Australian clients, with a focus on Meta and Google Ads. You will create on-brand content, manage day-to-day social media operations, and collaborate on growth strategies in a remote, startup-like environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in digital marketing, strong written communication, and experience with Shopify, Canva, and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

3–5 years in digital marketing with emphasis on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Strong written communication for emails and online engagement.
Ability to independently manage campaigns and social media channels.
Familiarity with Shopify, Canva, and Adobe design tools (training provided).

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns for performance and revenue growth.
Create on-brand content for social media, including captions and visuals.
Manage day-to-day social media operations, including scheduling and engagement.
Support email marketing campaigns with content creation and execution.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve ROI.
Test and improve ad creatives, targeting, and strategies.
Update product/campaign content on Shopify as needed.
Produce marketing assets using Canva and occasionally Adobe tools.
Collaborate with the team on new ideas and growth strategies.
