Qualifications

3+ years in a digital marketing role with hands-on exposure to paid media, SEO and organic social
Proven track record managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns at scale
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
Experience with CRO principles and A/B testing tools
Data‑driven mindset — comfortable working with analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio, or similar)
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams autonomously

Responsibilities

Own our online presence across community engagement, paid media and website performance
Monitor, engage and moderate social channels; maintain brand voice
Plan, execute and optimise campaigns; monitor spend and adjust in real time
Identify creators for UGC and sponsored content; brief and align with objectives
Analyse performance data and produce actionable insights for optimization
Lead SEO strategy, on-page optimisation and technical SEO
Monitor rankings; optimise content and landing pages for visibility and conversion
Run CRO tests, improve purchase flow and collaborate with dev/design teams
Produce monthly reports on traffic, rankings and conversions
