The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns, with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

This is a hands-on role requiring planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns while crafting compelling ad copy and coordinating or developing creative assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with Meta Ads campaigns.
• Ability to write ad copy and develop creatives for paid campaigns.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to learn Go High Level and automation workflows.
• Strong English communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with keyword research and bid management.
• Support Meta Ads campaigns with audience targeting and creative strategies.
• Develop strategies based on client goals and performance data.
• Write persuasive ad copy for Google and Meta campaigns.
• Create or coordinate ad creatives using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Leverage AI tools and data insights to improve targeting and performance.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and project coordination.
• Prepare campaign performance reports for clients and team.
