Qualifications

• 2+ years in performance marketing or paid media, agency-like background.
• Hands-on with paid search, paid social, or programmatic planning and measurement.
• Experience extracting data, building reports, and explaining campaign performance clearly.
• Strong project management, organized, and able to meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day coordination for a portfolio of accounts, including launches and optimizations.
• Manage activities in Monday.com as the system of record for delegation and progress.
• Coordinate cross-functional channel specialists to hit client KPIs.
• Support paid media reports by extracting data and drafting performance insights.
• Handle account operations: budget pacing, assets, invoicing, and meeting notes.
• Collaborate with leads to resolve client concerns promptly and thoroughly.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and QBRs with campaign progress and issues.
