Job summary

Atmail is seeking a hands-on DevSecOps Engineer to automate security across our global SaaS platform. You will develop security controls, CI/CD guardrails and IaC modules across AWS and Kubernetes environments, partnering with engineers to move fast without compromising security.

You will implement automation, monitoring and compliance tooling, driving improvements in deployment pipelines and platform reliability, with an emphasis on scalability and security at scale.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering or Security Automation.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience.
• Experience operating production Kubernetes environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance security automation across CI/CD pipelines.
• Build Infrastructure-as-Code and policy-driven automation.
• Design reusable Terraform modules and cloud security guardrails.
• Automate evidence collection and security validation.
• Build Python and Bash automation to reduce repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve platform security.
• Develop monitoring, reporting and security dashboards.
• Continuously improve deployment pipelines, reliability and developer experience.
• Research and implement new security automation technologies.
• Leverage AI to improve productivity and efficiency.
