Job summary

SearchApi is seeking a Developer Advocate to be the technical face of the company. You will host video content, demos, and webinars, while engaging developers in talks, conferences, and community forums.

You will carry feedback to the team and represent the brand with authentic expertise. On camera, you should be fluent in English, comfortable scripting and editing, and able to present complex APIs in accessible ways.

Qualifications

• Genuinely technical and able to build the demo you’re showing.
• Compelling on camera with clear, engaging delivery.
• Native or C2 level English with strong narration and nuance.
• Professional audio/video setup and recording space.
• Self-directed with consistent delivery on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Be the face on video: host shorts, long-form videos, and webinars.
• Build real demos using the API and review tools end-to-end.
• Promote SearchApi in comparisons and developer discussions.
• Speak at conferences, podcasts, and livestreams; manage community at a technical level.
• Provide feedback to product teams from developer interactions.
• Create launch posts, integration guides, and example apps.
