AdminEdge is seeking a Cabinetry Design & Client Coordination Specialist in a fully remote role serving clients from the Philippines with EST hours. The position combines design, lead management, and project coordination, focusing on cabinetry projects, renderings, and documentation while supporting referral networks.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in cabinetry or millwork, can create dimensioned drawings, and manage field information across multiple systems using AI-assisted tools to ensure

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting cabinetry, kitchen, or millwork projects.
• Ability to create renderings and dimensioned drawings.
• Interpret measurements, photos, field notes effectively.
• Coordinate clients and leads in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized with multi-system project information.
• Familiar with using AI tools to enhance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review field notes, measurements, photos, videos, sketches, and instructions.
• Organize project information into clear summaries.
• Use AI tools to clean up notes and improve documentation.
• Create accurate renderings for cabinetry and built-ins.
• Prepare dimensions and basic cut lists for carpenters.
• Create client presentations, material schedules, and project documents.
• Identify missing information before finalizing work.
• Review calls, forms, emails, texts, and referrals.
• Create detailed client profiles from multiple sources.
• Document scope, location, budget, timeline, and priorities.
• Respond to and qualify leads.
• Schedule estimates and update Contractor Foreman.
• Follow up with leads and clients.
• Keep project folders organized for estimating and field teams.
• Track and follow up on referrals.
