Job summary

Med-Metrix, LLC is seeking a Denials Management Coder responsible for reviewing denied claims related to coding errors and taking corrective actions. Candidates should possess CPC/COC certification and at least one year of coding experience, focusing on coding denials.

Qualifications

• CPC/COC certification AAPC or CCS certification from AHIMA required.
• Minimum of 1 year of coding experience, specifically in Coding Denials.
• Working knowledge of managed care, commercial insurance, and Medicare/Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret insurance carrier EOBs.
• Review medical reports and verify coding.
• Resolve coding related denial and make necessary coding corrections.
