BruntWork is seeking a Delivery Professional (DP) Support Officer to serve as the frontline contact for our delivery professional network. You will resolve on-road challenges, support drivers through navigation and app issues, and help ensure timely, quality service for customers.

You will manage multi-channel inquiries via phone, chat, or email, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in customer support or similar fast-paced settings.
• Exposure to logistics or delivery operations, ideally with drivers/depots.
• Experience with multi-channel communication (phone, email, chat, apps).
• Comfortable working during busy shifts, high call volumes, or public holidays.
• Willing and able to work flexible hours to cover extended operational windows.
• Familiarity with ticketing/CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk).
• Basic knowledge of delivery platforms and tracking tools.
• Health coverage in eligible locations.
• Permament work from home.

Responsabilités

• Driver support and issue resolution: assist DPs with navigation, access issues, and failed deliveries; respond to calls, chats, or tickets.
• Queue and workflow management: redistribute load during peaks and follow SOPs.
• Communication and relationship management: build strong relationships with DPs; meet client KPIs.
• Continuous improvement: propose process improvements to delivery quality and support efficiency.
• Customer experience support: be the first contact via Zendesk or phone; resolve inquiries per CX KPIs.
• Safety and compliance: follow safety policy and incident reporting procedures.
