Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a hybrid analytics/data science role with product impact.
• Strong grounding in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference.
• Fluent in SQL and Python or R; comfortable with data engineering basics.
• Ability to develop and compare ML models and simpler experiments.
• Experience using AI tools for analysis and documentation.
