Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers is seeking a data reporting specialist for a 100% work-from-home position, available for full-time or part-time engagement. You will be responsible for real-time reporting, KPI trend analysis, and ensuring data accuracy across the organization.

You will generate daily to yearly KPI reports, collaborate with leadership, maintain clean data, and develop standard QC reports and data processes across the division.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Excel skills required.
• High accuracy and orientation to quality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Real-time reporting and diagnosing trends on KPI metrics.
• Generating daily to yearly KPI reports.
• Ensuring data is current and accurate for assigned division.
• Working in partnership with leadership.
• Consistently reviewing duplicate records.
• Using multiple data sources to update incorrect or incomplete data points.
• Creating standard QC reports to identify and correct data issues.
• Implementing processes for data collection, cleanup, maintenance, analysis, and validation for organization-wide data.
