Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to advance enterprise data governance programs, improve the data catalog, and operationalize data stewardship across business and technology teams.

The role supports data privacy, governance-ready data practices for analytics and AI, and collaborates with Legal, Privacy, Security, and IT to ensure compliance and audit readiness. This position is remote in the Philippines with occasional office visits as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data analyst or related experience, including governance experience.
• 2+ years supporting governance, stewardship, quality, delivery, or lifecycle management of enterprise data assets.
• Experience with enterprise governance tools and data catalog metadata management.

Responsibilities

• Document trusted data assets and maintain metadata quality across catalogs.
• Support data privacy compliance and guest data inquiries.
• Collaborate with data stewards to define data elements, ownership, and stewardship KPIs.
• Develop business glossary standards and map data lineage across systems.
• Assist with AI governance and governance-ready data practices for analytics.
