Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to advance the enterprise data catalog, data stewardship, and governance workflows. This full-time role reports to the Data Governance Director and can work remotely from the Philippines, with in-person commute to the GBS office as required.

You will document trusted data assets, monitor data quality, support privacy compliance, and collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, IT, and Analytics teams to enable responsible AI and compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
• 3+ years data analyst or related experience with governance products.
• 2+ years supporting governance, stewardship, quality, or lifecycle management of data assets.
• Experience with Collibra, Purview, Alation or Unity Catalog.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize data stewardship workflows across business and technology teams.
• Coordinate data owner and steward assignments, glossary reviews and metadata decisions.
• Develop and maintain business glossary standards and data lineage.
• Maintain the enterprise data catalog and monitor metadata quality.
• Support privacy, compliance, and governance-related analytics and reporting.
