Job summary

My Amazon Guy is hiring a Creative Generalist to produce compelling visual assets for paid media campaigns, landing pages, and brand communication. This remote role supports 2–3 DTC brands, blending aesthetics with performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will also handle basic Shopify content updates and light coding for layout tweaks. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in graphic design and video editing, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a portfolio across static and motion content.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing for digital marketing.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Proven experience creating high-converting static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or Google.
• Strong eye for layout, color, typography, and brand consistency.
• Experience editing UGC and social proof content for performance-driven campaigns.
• Able to follow creative briefs, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate well with remote teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating versatility across static design, motion, and video editing.
• Preferred: Basic Shopify management, including uploading content and maintaining visual consistency.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for light coding and layout adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Design and edit banners, carousels, GIFs, and video ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Edit UGC ads with hooks, on-brand CTAs, captions, cuts, transitions, and subtitles.
• Create and repurpose social proof assets for paid ads and organic content.
• Produce email headers, promotional visuals, and SMS assets aligned with brand identity.
• Design reviews, influencer callouts, and testimonials into digestible creatives.
• Build static and motion creatives for Meta and TikTok per best practices.
• Balance design with performance goals to support ROAS and CAC targets.
• Maintain brand consistency across formats and placements.
• Collaborate with media buyers and brand managers to meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on trends, formats, and performance across DTC brands.
• Manage Shopify content updates and product visuals across sites.
• Perform light coding for layout refinements and simple animations.
• Combine design and implementation to streamline production and reduce handoffs.
