Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with ClickUp and Google Workspace; core design software like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva.
• Proficiency with Google AI Suite (Gemini, NotebookLM, Flow, Opal, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design and edit static and basic dynamic multimedia content for platform-specific performance.
• Apply fundamental graphic design principles to improve readability and user experience.
• Craft clear, compelling copy across websites, social media, emails, campaigns, longform articles, and video scripts.
• Deploy generative AI tools to rapidly generate and test written content and visual assets; guide AI workflows.
• Synthesize research into creative narratives and transform data into high-impact content formats.
• Enforce client brand guidelines across all platforms and maintain visual identity coherence.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, and project managers to co-create integrated campaigns.
• Support process improvements and explore AI tools to boost productivity and workflows.
