Job summary

Tech Holding is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join cross-functional squads, delivering end-to-end features across backend, frontend, and cloud-native layers. You will own API design (REST/GraphQL) and UI implementation with React/Next.js, while embedding AI capabilities and maintaining performance.

The role emphasizes ownership from concept to delivery, collaboration with stakeholders, and a focus on quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack experience with Node.js and React (or Next.js).
• Strong TypeScript fluency.
• Cloud engineering experience in Azure, AWS, or GCP environments; exposure to Azure Functions, App Service, Blob Storage is a plus.
• Relational database skills; PostgreSQL preferred.
• Experience designing clean REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Active use of AI tools in engineering workflow; able to discuss concrete examples.
• Familiarity with auth patterns: JWT, OAuth 2.0.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Excellent async written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own full-stack feature delivery from schema design and API implementation through React UI and deployment.
• Design and build scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs; focus on performance and developer ergonomics.
• Embed AI capabilities into products using LLM APIs and Azure OpenAI/Cognitive Services.
• Use AI tools in daily workflow for generation, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning with teams and clients.
• Monitor and optimize performance across stack; address slow queries and frontend bloat.
• Mentor junior teammates and contribute to tooling and shared patterns.
