Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Data Reviewer for sponsor-dedicated work across Poland, Spain, and the UK with remote options. You will perform ongoing data review to ensure quality, identify discrepancies, and support DRP execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in clinical trials, strong data review skills, experience with EDC systems, and familiarity with MedDRA coding.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in clinical trials with strong data review expertise
Experience with EDC systems and query management
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Responsibilities

Perform ongoing clinical data review to ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness
Identify discrepancies and raise/resolve queries in EDC systems
Review patient data including eligibility, medical history, treatment, safety data, and outcomes
Contribute to and follow the Data Review Plan (DRP)
Cross-check data across multiple sources (EDC, labs, safety databases)
Support data cleaning ahead of interim analyses and database lock
Collaborate with Clinical, Data Management, and Operations teams to resolve data issues
Monitor site data entry performance and escalate as needed
Participate in study meetings and provide status updates on data review activities
Ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements
