Job summary

Uncover is seeking a Client Implementation Engineer to support the technical deployment and ongoing evolution of our Analytics product. You will design, deliver, and support solutions for clients in electronic trading, built on our analytics suite and deployed on Linux.

You will gather requirements, run client trials, and deploy configurations while collaborating with software engineers to shape product capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering or integrating software systems
• Ability to analyze client requirements and map to deployment
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate technical findings

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy infrastructure and platform components for client environments
• Work on real-time, high-volume systems and integration projects in financial services
• Develop scripts and automation workflows (Python) and enhance deployment pipelines
• Provide client onboarding support, training, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with software engineers to evolve analytics platform and dashboards
• Support data visualization using Grafana and related tooling
