Job summary

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is hiring a Claims Analyst for a remote, full-time role in the Philippines. You will lead a team of analysts, oversee claim management, and ensure accurate billing, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in medical claims management, with orthopedic focus.
• Proven experience managing or leading a claims/AR team.
• Hands-on experience with EPIC system is required.
• Excellent understanding of CPT/HCPCS codes, modifiers, EOBs, ERAs, and denials.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, trend tracking).

Responsibilities

• Lead claim management and oversight for accurate billing and payer compliance.
• Review and validate contractual adjustments and claim postings.
• Audit claims for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness before submission.
• Provide training and coaching; manage task assignments and workloads.
• Oversee denial trends and root cause analysis for orthopedic claims.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly claim/status reports and KPIs.
