Sourcefit is seeking an experienced Civil Designer to support our civil and multidisciplinary engineering teams. You will deliver high-quality civil design, drafting, and modelling for infrastructure projects, including land development, transport, drainage, subdivisions, and industrial developments.

The role emphasizes technical quality, efficient project delivery, and continuous improvement of design practices across the business.

Formación

Minimum 5 years of civil infrastructure design and drafting experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D or 12D Model.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality documentation.
Ability to interpret sketches, mark-ups and design instructions, and prepare calculations and reports.
Solid understanding of roads, earthworks, drainage and reticulation design principles.
Experience coordinating civil designs with other disciplines.
Strong communication and proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

Prepare civil engineering designs, drawings, models and documentation for infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, earthworks, car parks, subdivisions).
Develop concept, preliminary and detailed civil designs with supporting calculations and reports.
Produce accurate drawings/models using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
Ensure designs meet codes, standards and client requirements.
Coordinate civil designs with other disciplines and monitor progress against design programs.
Support timely project delivery within budget and identify risks with practical solutions.
Contribute to quality outcomes through documentation and design checks.
