Job summary

RWS is seeking individuals for a Cebuano speech data collection project. Work from home on a flexible, task-based schedule (approximately 2–4 hours daily). Immediate start with a rate of 7 USD/hour for freelance contributors. This role supports the evaluation and development of next‑gen AI technologies.

Responsibilities include recording spontaneous speech, annotating data, and providing metadata according to project guidelines. Prior recording/annotation experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Cebuano.
• Advanced level of English for understanding instructions.
• Strong attention to detail for annotations and metadata.

Responsibilities

• Capture speech from approved real-life situations (workplace conversations, casual talks).
• Complete conversational speech tasks or voice-text interactions with AI systems.
