Qualifications

• Proven experience sourcing candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and similar job boards.
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing strategies and platforms.
• Ability to weigh resumes and profiles quickly and effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work on your own with minimal oversight.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for open positions using platforms such as LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and more
• Carry out outreach to potential candidates, gauge their interest, and give them information about the positions
• Go over resumes and job applications to weigh candidates' suitability
• Engage candidates and hold preliminary screenings to see that they meet job requirements
• Hold a detailed record of candidates, sourcing channels and communication history included
• Work with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and keep them lined up with job requirements
• Stay proactive in building and holding an active candidate pipeline for future roles
• Give regular updates on where candidate sourcing and placement efforts stand
• Track and report on your sourcing results to strengthen processes and outcomes
• Join our team meetings to understand the recruitment needs
