Job summary

Mintrix Business Advisory is seeking an experienced Draftsperson with strong SolidWorks or Fusion 360 skills and a solid background in steel fabrication, welding, and manufacturing. This role focuses on producing fabrication-ready drawings that can be clearly understood and efficiently built in the workshop, going beyond just accurate models.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Draftsperson or CAD-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks or Fusion 360.
• Hands-on steel fabrication and welding experience.
• Understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D models, assemblies, and 2D fabrication drawings using SolidWorks or Fusion 360.
• Develop drawings for steel structures, fabricated components, welded assemblies, and sheet metal parts.
• Prepare fabrication-ready drawings with dimensions, material specs, tolerances, weld details, and finishing requirements.
• Create BOMs, cut lists, part lists, and manufacturing documents.
