Job summary

UpraisIT is seeking a cabinetry-focused professional to transform architectural designs into precise 3D models and production-ready drawings. This role emphasizes Mozaik-driven drafting, nesting, and CNC output, bridging design and manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have strong cabinetry knowledge, experience with CNC workflows, and the ability to work remotely on international projects.

Qualifications

2–3+ years of professional hands-on experience with Mozaik Software for cabinet design, nesting, and CNC output.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or SketchUp for drafting and architectural drawings.
Strong knowledge of custom cabinetry, millwork, and joinery.
Understanding of face-frame and frameless cabinet construction.
Knowledge of cabinetry hardware such as Blum, Hettich, or similar.
Familiarity with materials including MDF, plywood, and melamine.
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, elevations, and section details.
Experience preparing CNC nesting and production files.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities

Create accurate 3D cabinetry models and 2D shop drawings, including elevations and section details.
Prepare cut lists, BOMs, hardware specifications, and production documentation.
Develop and export CNC-ready nesting and G-code files using Mozaik.
Import and interpret DWG/DXF files and ensure site dimensions are accurate.
Review drawings for dimensions, joinery, hardware compatibility, and production accuracy.
Coordinate with design and production teams to resolve drafting issues.
Ensure all drawings and production files meet project specs and quality standards.
