Job summary

Omega CRM Consulting, part of the Dentsu group, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate with a top pharmaceutical client. The role focuses on Vault MLR, Veeva Vault, CRM support, and cross‑functional collaboration across Spain and corporate teams.

Remote work from Spain is offered with permanent tenure. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in business analysis, strong SQL/Excel skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in business analysis and technical support within IT environments.
• Client-facing role experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and bridging corporate and local teams.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Salesforce Inspector, and advanced Excel.
• Solid knowledge of process and procedure management and practical Agile experience.
• Industry knowledge in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong soft skills to drive cross-functional teamwork and adapt to change in international environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as OPU Champion in Spain for Vault MLR issues and represent Vault Corporate interests.
• Provide Vault MLR training to local Spain users and oversee Vault Spain users.
• Manage Vault releases, demands, and corporate Vault requirements.
• Coordinate with Compliance Medicine on Vault MLR topics and bridge communications between Corporate and Spain teams.
• Provide Veeva CRM support, including survey management and incident handling at DataSteward level.
