Job summary

Gravity Global is seeking a Brand Insights Manager to join the Gravity Intel team remotely from Mexico. You will transform data into strategic insights, guiding agency thinking and client outcomes across diverse brands, while collaborating with Strategy, Account and other teams in a fast-growing global network.

You will lead secondary, primary, and social listening research projects, deliver compelling client narratives, and contribute to new business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience leading social listening projects end-to-end.
• Experience managing primary research projects from design to presentation.
• Ability to present findings clearly to internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and analysing secondary data using syndicated tools and desk research.
• Leading social listening projects end-to-end from query design to insights.
• Managing full-scale primary research projects from design to presentation.
• Synthesising multiple data sources into actionable client narratives and recommendations.
• Supporting new business by delivering research-driven insights for pitches.
• Educating teams on best practices and how insights drive strategy and creativity.
