Job summary

Brixio Singapore is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) focused on Azure Cloud for the Website Factory project. The role emphasizes reliability, performance, and incident resolution across 400+ cosmetics brand websites hosted on Azure PaaS with Sitecore integration.

Residing in the Philippines is required. The candidate will mentor Cloud Ops, improve monitoring, and drive SLA compliance in a remote work setup with regular collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

Azure proficiency with Sitecore context.
Strong monitoring and analytics expertise.
Incident management and post-incident reviews.
Capacity planning and scaling strategies.
Security best practices across cloud and applications.
Experience with MSSQL databases and caching strategies.

Responsibilities

Improve reliability and performance for 400+ WSF websites.
Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging.
Lead root-cause analysis for high-severity incidents.
Mentor Cloud Ops in SRE best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet SLAs.
