Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related.
- 6+ years managing technical IT infrastructure teams.
- .NET expertise with IIS troubleshooting.
- Strong Azure PaaS and web project knowledge.
- Experience with Centreon/Nagios and migrating to New Relic.
- Remote leadership in a global setup.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 10 with a focus on growth.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor website performance and infrastructure 24/7.
- Liaise with the development agency providing technical input.
- Manage incidents and optimize monitoring procedures.
- Communicate technical matters clearly to stakeholders.
- Review team performance and lead training initiatives.
- Stay updated on tech advancements and best practices.
