Job summary

Shae Group is seeking an Operational Automations Officer (Remote, Contractor) to design scalable automation and deliver dashboards. You will replace manual tasks with automated workflows across business units, deploy productivity tracking, and ensure governance and security for automation platforms.

Requires strong English, documentation and problem-solving skills. Remote role with preference for Philippines; SEA, Poland, Romania, Ukraine considered.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, UiPath, Workato).
• Experience implementing productivity tools (Clockify, Time Doctor, Hubstaff).
• Strong documentation, training and problem-solving skills; excellent English.

Responsibilities

• Replace manual tasks with automated workflows across business units and maintain uptime.
• Deploy productivity tracking and QC systems; deliver executive dashboards and GPT-query visibility.
• Maintain governance, security and compliance for automation platforms; provide playbooks and enablement.
