Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a part-time Sales Executive in the Metro Manila area to convert inbound leads for premium auto styling and detailing services. You will be the first voice prospects hear, responding quickly and guiding them to the right solution for their vehicle.

This high-activity role emphasizes rapid response, consultative selling, and consistent follow-up to drive revenue. The position includes weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Mountain Time) with a permanent

Qualifications

• Proven experience in phone-based sales, preferably service-based.
• Proficiency with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent verbal communication with a clear, confident, personable phone presence.
• Able to learn new products quickly and speak knowledgeably about them.
• Strong sense of urgency and commitment to rapid lead response.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Available Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Mountain Time.

Responsibilities

• Rapid Response: Respond to all inbound leads within one minute of notification, by phone and text.
• Consultative Selling: Build trust and recommend appropriate auto styling and detailing services.
• Persistent Follow-Up: Double-dial every new lead and follow up through calls and texts until the prospect declines.
• Closing: Collect deposits, secure cards on file, and book appointments in the scheduling CRM.
• Reactivation: Re-engage older leads alongside automated follow-up sequences.
• Coordination: Work with in-shop technicians to confirm scheduling and service availability.
