Job summary

The Hershey Company in Makati, Philippines is seeking a motivated Audit Analyst to support the global Internal Audit strategy. The role focuses on SOX 404 testing, evaluating internal controls, and supporting management and external audit requirements. Travel is approximately 10-20% internationally.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accountancy with a CPA license and strong analytical, communication, and independence skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.
• CPA license is required.
• CIA/CFE/CISA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute SOX 404 control tests and support compliance with internal controls.
• Assess design and operating effectiveness of key controls and document procedures and findings.
• Identify opportunities to automate testing to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Support external audit requests and testing requirements.
• Provide technical support for the SOX 404 application (Workiva).
• Collaborate with global stakeholders on finance and operational audits.
