Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, SMSF experience in an Australian firm, and strong Excel/BGL 360/Xero/Class skills. CPA is a plus; independence and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's degree in accountancy or any accounting related field.
• Prior SMSF accounting experience in an Australian accounting firm is required.
• CPA license is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, BGL 360, Xero, and Class is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work.
• Must be willing to work on AU shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila Time) from Monday to Friday.
• Must be willing to attend team meetups 3-4 times per year in Eastwood, Quezon City, Ortigas, or nearby areas

Responsibilities

• Process and manage client superannuation funds accurately and on time
• Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory documents for SMSFs
• Communicate with clients and authorities to keep things running smoothly
• Reconcile accounts, investments, and contributions
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Stay updated on SMSF regulations and provide advice as needed
