BruntWork is seeking an Architectural Drafter to take ownership of construction document sets from design to permit-ready submissions, translating approved designs into accurate, code-compliant drawings for multi-state projects. You will collaborate with principals and project managers to ensure timely sign-off and city approvals.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in architectural drafting and construction documentation.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes and permit submission requirements.
• Proficiency in CAD software for producing detailed architectural drawings.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and deliver work on schedule with minimal supervision.

Mansioni

• Produce permit-ready bid sheets and construction document sets from approved architectural designs.
